You can prepare the sauce ahead of time. When needed just heat open the preserved tuna mix in, heat through serve.... With rice or potatoes. Personal taste
Add as you prepare. In a cooking pot, put 2-4 TBsp of olive oil. Add the diced onions, and start to cook on medium-low
Onions+garlic + spices
Add chopped parsley, chopped coriander....cook with the onions 2 mins. Add chopped walnuts, pine seeds mix cook 1 min.
Add the tomatoes; peeled and chopped. Cover and cook on low 30 mins
After 30 mins
I am using bottled organic tuna. A produce of Bretagne in France.
Open the tuna add. Stir well cover and cook for 5 mins or so. Serve with rice. Personally I serve it with basmati rice
Serve it in individual plates or in stew bowls. It serves 4 people
