Fussy cut  large floral border from 12x12 World's Fair paper.  Glue in place, as seen here, leaving a little margin around the edges that is not glued down.  This will enable us to layer images later.

Cut ticket border from 8x8 Wonder Works and glue to the bottom edge of the policy envelope, leaving a tiny border of black envelope visible. (Click on pic to see placement.)

Tie a bow with red taffeta and glue into corner.  Add burlap string bow and black Petaloo flower.  Fill the inside with a homemade treat, or a packaged treat, ephemera card and gift card. Done!

Here are the pieces you will need to make this teacher appreciation treat bag.  These have all been fussy cut from the 8x8 pad and inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Glue the ticket strip to the base of the envelope, leaving a small border of black.

Fussy cut the sentiment from the 12x12 pad and glue in place.

Glue the gentleman image to the right of the sentiment using foam dimensionals.

Shape the balloons with a ball stylus.  Trim around the leaves so that they can be layered as seen in this photo. Add double layer of foam dimensional to center, and glue edges to keep the shape.

Add a fussy but ticket to the right of the balloons.  Cut fishtail banners from scrap paper and tuck behind the sentiment.  Now all you have to do is fill the bag with goodies!

Here's what I tucked inside.  I would normally bake a big fat cookie...but it's nearly 100 degrees here right now...so a packaged treat like this works well, too.
