Boiled water. Please excuse the water stained kettle!
Pour boiling water over the almonds.
Leave the almonds to sit in the hot water until it has cooled.
When the water is cool enough, you should be able to roll the almond in your fingers and get the skin off. It should feel more pliable, and you should be able to feel it rolling off the nut
Ta dah! Skinless almond! Yum yum. Remember to eat the skins too, they're full of fibre. This is a lot cheaper than buying skinless ones!
