How to Sweet Curry Roasted Potatoes With Dip

Supplies

  • 1 Tablespoon Curry
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Pinch Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Pepper
  • 1 Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot mango chutney
  • 0.50 Teaspoons Hot sauce
  • 0.50 Teaspoons Minced garlic
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put about 10 small potatoes in the microwave 4 minutes on each side until medium soft

    Step 2

    Cut into slices like an apple and put in a baking pan

    Step 3

    Mix ingredients together (curry, cinnamon, honey, garlic, pepper, parsley, garlic puwder and oil) pre-heat oven to 350 and roast until golden brown

    Step 4

    Mixed sour cream, minced garlic, hot sauce and mango chutney.... add more hot sauce if you like it spicy
