How to Swedish Chocolate Muffin

A creamy delicious muffin for chocolate lovers!

Supplies

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 dl sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 dl Cacao
  • 1.5 dl white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100g butter
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Looks good right! ❤

    Step 2

    Crack 2 eggs in a bowl...

    Step 3

    Pour 3 dl of sugar....

    Step 4

    3 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp salt and whisk....

    Step 5

    Whisk into a nice white fluffy cream...

    Step 6

    Fluffy creamish looking... Tastes delicious!!!

    Step 7

    Add 0.5 dl cacao

    Step 8

    Whisk...

    Step 9

    This is what it should look like:)

    Add 1.5 dl white flour

    Step 11

    Whisk it back to the delicious cream

    Step 12

    Melt 100g of butter

    Step 13

    Poor it into the bowl and mix it slowly

    Done!

    Turn the oven on to 165 C

    Step 16

    Getting ready....

    Fill the muffins to 2/3 with the chocolate mixture

    Step 18

    All done..

    Step 19

    Put them in for about 12-15 minutes

    Step 20

    Take them out... Caution HOT!

    Step 21

    Let them cool of cause right now they are TOO HOT for you (if you know what I mean)
