Gather your ingredients!
Defrost boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Get your water to bowl
Mince your garlic
Cut up chicken into pieces.
Cover bottom of pan with olive oil heat for 30 seconds
Throw garlic into pan and let simmer do not burn garlic!
Put chicken into oil and garlic and cook about 5-10 minutes.
Cut tomatoes in half. I usually use big tomatoes but I was out so I'm substituting!
Cook the pasta. Usually I put linguine but I was out so I used farfalle.
On a chickens cooked add tomatoes, basil, chili flakes (sparingly), salt and pepper. I crush down the tomatoes to make them softer in the dish.
Let the chicken simmer while the pasta bowls.
Get your plates and Parmesan cheese ready =)!
Drain pasta and mix it with the chicken
I kept some of the hot pasta water just in case it's too dry
