How to Strengthen Golf Swing and Improve Plane

This is to help with improving the strength of your golf swing

Supplies

  • One dumbbell
  • 1
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put your butt up against the wall with a 8-10 pound dumbbell and stand against wall with a golf posture

    Step 2

    Swing the weight like a club keeping your but against the wall

    Step 3

    While swinging down and shifting your weight, try to keep your butt connected to the wall

    Step 4

    Step 5

    Step 6

    You will swing just past the halfway point, driving your knee towards the other side

    Step 7

    Perform the exercise on both sides
