Wipe with butter a  non-stick frying pan that can go under the grill. Put the soufflé and cook on medium for 2 mins or so..then put under a grill. Cook for 1-2 mins until light golden.

Put the strawberries on top. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately . The strawberries could be chopped but here I put them whole for the picture
