Grab all your meat.
Wash them with tap water
Grab some aluminium foil.
Wrap only the portions you will be defrosting on the same meal. If you wrap all together it will become a big block of meat.
If you bought fresh meat you can expect them to be fine up to a year doing this.
To unwrap all you have to do is place the wrapped meat under a tap with warm water and it will come out very easily. If you don't have hot water straight from the pipes just use cold water.
