How to Stir Fry Vegetable With Mushroom

Green vegetable with mushroom seems light, but it is a very nutritious vegetable dish.

Supplies

  • 300 Grams heart of napa cabbage or other green vegetables
  • 1 Bunch Enoki mushroom
  • 1 Bunch Shimeji mushroom
  • 2 Bunches Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • Crispy anchovies (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut the heart, as you can see there are some dirts hidden inside.

    Step 2

    Rinse well under running water.

    Step 3

    Cut the enoki mushroom. Remove the ugly part.

    Step 4

    Cut the enoki mushroom. Remove the ugly part.

    Step 5

    Now looks much better.

    Step 6

    Drizzle some oil on your fav pan.

    Step 7

    Add garlic and stir fry until fragrance.

    Step 8

    Add the green vegetables and fry for a minute.

    Step 9

    Add all the mushroom and stir fry for another minute.

    Step 10

    Add some water about half cup to help to soften the mushroom.

    Step 11

    Add salt to taste.

    Step 12

    Drizzle some soy sauce. This is optional.

    Step 13

    Once the mushroom soften, place on plate.

    Step 14

    Feel free to sprinkle some crispy anchovies. I have ready made kept in fridge. Ready to serve. 😍
