Remove the skin if your pork belly comes with the skin like mine. 😒
Cut into bite size.
Remove the seeds inside the chillies.
And cut into small slices.
I prefer the dried shrimp paste that can be found in Asian market.
Heat up your non-stick pan and fry the shrimp paste for about 3-5 minutes to get better aroma.
Once it turn slightly darker colour and more powdery formed, drizzle some cooking oil and fry for 2 minutes in low heat.
Add in your pork belly.
And mix with the shrimp paste and stir fry in medium heat.
Fry until it all turn into nice brownish colour.
Add in the sliced chillies.
And stir fry for another minute in medium heat. Note: No seasoning required as shrimp paste are quite salty.
