How to Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin W/Blackberry Sauce

This Recipe Is Not Recommended For People Who Do Not Eat Meat, It Goes Well With Sides. It Has A Bit Of A Spicy Taste So Those Who Dislike Any Kind Of Spice Would Not Be Recommended To Eat It. Enjoy!

Supplies

  • ¾ Pounds 2 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ⅔ Cups Seedless Blackberry Preserves
  • ¼ Cups Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange juice (Can Substitute with Rum)
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mise En Place All Your Materials.(Have Everything Ready, And In This One I Am Only Showing One Tenderloin.)

    Step 2

    Remove Silver Skin From The Tenderloin, Leaving A Thin Layer Of Fat.

    Step 3

    Preheat Grill 350 To 400 (Medium High) Heat.

    Step 4

    Brush Tenderloin With Oil And Rub With Seasoning And Salt.

    Step 5

    Grill Tenderloins, Covered With Grill Lid, 10 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Meat Thermometer Inserted Into Thickest Portion Registers 155 degrees

    Step 6

    Remove From The Grill And Let It Stand For 6 Minutes.

    Step 7

    Meanwhile, Whisk Together In A Small Saucepan BlackBerry Preserves And The Next Four Ingredients And Cook Over Low Heat, For 5 Minutes Constantly Whisking It.

    Step 8

    Cut Pork Diagonally Into Thin Slices.

    Step 9

    Arrange On Serving Platter; Drizzle With Warm Sauce. (I Added Some Rice And Grilled Vegetables You Can Add Whatever You Like.)
