How to Soysaka/dairy Free Lasagna-Moussaka

  • 1 Kilogram Minced beef
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 5 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 250 Grams Tomato paste
  • 1200 Grams Tin diced tomatoes
  • 1 Liter Stock
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 5 Chopped onions
  • 3 Grated carrots
  • 2 Grated zucchini
  • 100 Grams Polyunsaturated spread
  • ⅓ Cups Flour
  • 1 Liter Light soy milk
  • 2 Grated soybean cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    You start by making the sauce, adding 2 table spoons of olive oil into the saucepan then you put the mince into the saucepan for browning and then you mix it.

    Step 2

    While the mince is browning, start cutting the onions, which you will need for the sauce.

    Step 3

    We start making the sauce now by adding the browned meat to the cooked onions

    Step 4

    The Sauce is nearly complete, just add some rose merry to add to the Sauce

    Step 5

    Now while the sauce is simmering, you start the moussaka half of the Soysaka by cutting some eggplant.

    Step 6

    To prevent the eggplant becoming bitter in the finished result, lightly salt the eggplant.

    Step 7

    Now you grate the carrots and the zucchini

    Step 8

    After you've grated the carrots and zucchini, start your dairy free white sauce by grating the cheese

    Step 9

    We've created a rue and now you pour your soy milk

    Step 10

    When there are no rue lumps in the white sauce, you add the soy cheese

    Step 11

    Firstly you add the meat sauce, then a layer of lasagna noodles, then the grated zucchini and carrots, and then the white sauce.

    Step 12

    Put a layer of lasagna noodles on top and then put some more meat sauce

    Step 13

    Put another layer of lasagna noodles on top and then a layer of white sauce

    Step 14

    Then put some tomatoes and soy cheese on top to decorate the Soysaka

    Step 15

    Then put the Soysaka into the oven to cook for about 40 minutes
