Place melon on the cutting board and Chop the head and tail sections and throw away the slices
Stand the melon like so
Slice away the skin by cutting into it with a vertical motion using a knife
Turn the melon upside down and slice the remaining skin. Your melon should look like this.
With Melon standing slice it into half. Gut the insides using a spoon
Make sure you Clean the seeds
That's it! Slice the halves into bite size, chunk size or whatever size you like. Easy isn't it!!
