Dip the chicken into some beer or juice. I've used beer an concentrated lemonade here.

Then place about 2-4 at a time into the baggy and shake. Leaving a lot of air in the baggy makes shaking easier.

Place on a good pan. I didn't even use oil and they didn't stick at all. If you have parchment, wouldn't hurt to use some here to make clean up easier.

These ones were crispy an delicious after about 30 minutes. Cooking them longer at a lower temperature would produce a final product that falls off the bone.
