How to Sauté Brussels Sprouts

Supplies

  • 1 Pounds Brussels sprouts
  • ½ Pounds Bacon
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Sage
  • 2 Lemons sliced in half
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Toss bacon with minced garlic cloves.

    Step 2

    Squeeze one of the lemons over top of the brussels sprouts.

    Step 3

    Next, sprinkle sage over your brussels sprouts.

    Step 4

    Once the bacon is about half of the way cooked, add your brussels sprouts in. Squeeze the second lemon over the bacon and brussels sprouts.

    Step 5

    Sauté until the outsides of the Brussels sprouts start to blacken and crisp. Remove from heat and salt and pepper to taste.
