How to Salmon With Feta Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes

Supplies

  • Salmon (600-800 grams)
  • 150 Grams Feta cheese
  • 7 Sundried tomatoes
  • 100 Milliliters Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried herbs (or frozen)
  • Salt

    Step 1

    This is a dish that goes fast to prepare and cook. I'm sure you can also change it easily by adding pesto or olives, or using fresh tomatoes instead of sundried.The choice is yours!

    Step 2

    Turn on the oven, 200 Celsius. Sprinkle the salmon with salt.

    In a small bowl add chopped sundried tomatoes, I used the ones in oil.

    Step 5

    Add feta cheese.

    Step 6

    Then mix the feta cheese and the tomatoes with cream and herbs, for example basil, oregano and thyme. I used frozen herbs but it also works with dried or fresh :-)

    Step 7

    Spread the mix on top of the salmon. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.

    Step 8

    Ready!

    Serve with rice and/or a side salad.
