How to Roasted Vegetable Wrap

Supplies

  • 1 Spinach Wrap
  • ¼ Cups Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 Tablespoon Goat Cheeese
  • ⅓ Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 Roasted Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 1 Roasted Green Bell Peppers
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Lay out Spinach Wrap

    Step 2

    In small pan, over medium heat, sauté Roasted Peppers.

    Step 3

    While peppers cook, spread Hummus in center of Spinach wrap as pictured. A little goes a long way, so don't load too much.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle Goat Cheese as picturd.

    Step 5

    Top with thin layer of Baby Spinach.

    Step 6

    Top with Roasted Peppers.

    Step 7

    Fold edges in as pictured.

    Step 8

    Carefully roll over. Wrap is brittle so watch for punctures.

    Step 9

    Pinch down using fingertips, again be easy.

    Step 10

    Gently pull back and tighten roll, tuck under to hold seal.

    Step 11

    Place into Panini Grill with open flap side down to prevent unravelling. Close press.

    Step 12

    When toasted, slice diagonally.

    Step 13

    Plate as pictured.
