This is a delicious vegetarian savory tart. I was introduced to it by a friend from Argentina, but the Pascualina originated in Italy and is documented since the XVIth Century.

In a large bowl mix vegetables with 3 eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Turn on oven at 200C.
