Choose your bread. (pita preferred)
Heat bread over stove five seconds on each side.
Grab seasonings and...
Mix 'em up.
Crack open that lebni.
Smear about a teaspoon and a half in your pita bread.
Sprinkles your seasoning mix and drizzle some olive oil if you feel up to it. You can also add some cucumber slices if you want some crispy crunch.
Optionally if you don't have the preferred seasonings or cucumbers, a slice of dill pickle ontop of the lebni is a great substitute.
