How to Prepare the Autumn Mess for a Thankgiving Mash

Honey pumpkin, sweet potatoes and beetroot roasted or boiled and mashed then messed up. beautiful autumn colors

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Mashed pumpkin
  • 2 Cups Mashed Sweet potatoes
  • 2 Cups Mashed beetroot
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    1 honey pumpkin, 2 sweet potatoes, and 6-7 beetroots.. Depends on their size

    Roast everything in the oven. 1:30 mins at 180 C

    Here are all the ingredients wrapped in foil.

    After 1:30 open the the pumpkin and with the help of a spoon scoop the flesh

    Peel the beetroots. And the sweet potatoes

    Mash the pumpkin and season it with nutmeg... Salt and pepper to taste

    Peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Season it with 1 tsp cumin powder and 2 tbsp of cumin seeds (best when toasted). And 1/tsp smoked paprika.. If you have

    Toasting the cumin seeds will enhance their flavor and they become crunchy

    Here are the three ingredients. But the pumpkin and the sweet potatoes are very similar in colors...so

    Add 1/2 tsp of beetroot over the sweet potatoes. Mix it will change slightly the color but not the taste
