Measure your almond and vanilla extract and sugar out.Then put it all in a big bowl
Once you measured the flour ,salt and diced almond add them to the other ingredients in side the big bowl.
Once the butter is room temperature add with all the other ingredients
Once you mixed the ingredients roll it into a ball on plastic wrap. Make sure there is flour on the plastic wrap.Then wrap them up in plastic then put the dough in the freezer for 30 min.
Roll the dough out best you can and cut with a cookie cutter and place on cookie sheet.
Have the oven already hot then put the cookies in the oven let the cookies cook for 20 -25 min. When there ready let them cool off and get a little hard.
