Be sure you have an area to move freely
Securely tie your shoes
You want to stretch your calves well
Grab the soccer ball and set it on the ground/floor
If you are right footed, your left foot is going to be right next to the ball (it's the first step you take) And lock your ankle
When kicking the ball (you're not kicking it yet!) kick it with your instep
(If you have a partner) Depending on how far away you are from your partner is how much power you want to put into kicking it.
Make contact with the ball, use steps 5-7 to help set up to kick to ball. Kick either the top of middle of the ball for a better pass.
