All of the supplies are optional except the paint thinner, unless your using acrylics. Then you would use water instead. I use oils.

I used black for the mountains. You can use a brush if you want to. Just do what's comfortable...... I love the sound of the knife on canvas! 😝

Don't go too far down.... I left room to blend the bottoms. Using no paint on the brush. Just pulling down the black.

Adding in the reflections for the water..... My brush had a little thinner in it that I didn't mean to, so it was kind of thin.

I'm adding in blue shadows behind and in the cracks on the mountains. My brush kept picking up the black, and the shadow wouldn't show. Thin down your shadow a LOT! Once it's there, don't touch it!!

I pulled the frisked off to make the oval shape. I didn't think the tree looked good cut of, so I finished it, while pulling the ground under it.

I think this turned out pretty o.k. Since this is in oil, it will take no longer than six months to dry.... Lmao!!! Ehh... Give it 4 days to be safe. Some things dry faster than others lol...
