How to Make Zucchini Noodles With Vegan Cream Sauce

This is a recipe used to cook a vegan meal for my client Ms. Banahene.

Supplies

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 100 Grams Tofu
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all ingredients

    Step 2

    Use a peeler to peel the zucchini into noodles

    Step 3

    Let the zucchini noodles rest on a paper and help get rid of excess water

    Step 4

    Rock chop red bell pepper

    Step 5

    Step 6

    Put a drizzle of olive oil on a pan, and then fry the tofu

    Step 7

    Cut the lemon in half

    Step 8

    Use a mixer to mix 2/3 of a cup of water, 2 garlic cloves, and the juice of half a lemon

    Step 9

    Boil zucchini noodles until soft (approximately 10 min)

    Step 10

    Heat the creamy sauce

    Step 11

    Display the noodles in a bowl and put the sauce on top. Decorate with a lemon half on the side for the client to use if desired to.
