How to Make Yummy Eggplant Meatballs

Supplies

  • 4 eggplants
  • Ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Peel the eggplants and cut them in medium size. You can keep them wait in salty water so they wint get dark.

    Step 2

    Fry the eggplants -not too much in pinky or browny color

    Step 3

    Lay them on a towel tissue to get rid of the extra oil

    Step 4

    Meanwhile prepare the onion and the garlic couple - best friends of a meat meal

    Step 5

    Add them into the meat ground. Also add some tomato sauce, black pepper and salt to enrich the meat. Mix all the ingredients

    Step 6

    Put half of the eggplants on your tray and place the meatballs on them

    Step 7

    Cover the meatballs with the other half of the eggplants

    Step 8

    You can add some tomatoes to enrich the flavor

    Step 9

    Prepare a simple tomato sauce. It's up to you. I use homemade dried tomato, little olive oil and water

    Step 10

    Pour the sauce on the food and put it in the oven. 45 minutes 150 degree will be enough for the meatballs to be cooked
