How to Make Your Own Brownie Mix

A "Not From the Box" that is just like a "From the Box Mix" but cheaper!

Supplies

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder in a bowl and whisk together.

    Step 2

    Put mix in ziploc bag until ready to use. Write on bag Add: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, I teaspoon vanilla Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Save until you are ready to bake.

    Step 3

    Ready to make some brownies? Put your dry mixture in a bowl, add eggs, oil and vanilla and stir until mixed.

    Step 4

    Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. This is optional. You can use any addition you like. Nuts, peanut butter chips, etc.

    Step 5

    Pour mix into 8 by 8 greased pan. Put into oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

    Step 6

    Cut and serve.
