I have neutral coconut oil here because one of my kids doesn't like the flavor but you can use either.
Put 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a bowl and stick it in your microwave on defrost JUST until softened.
Now add an equal amount of room temperature salted butter and mash until smooth.
You might want to add a TINY bit of salt
Put into a container to store it.
Use it just as you would with regular butter. A couple things about coconut oil that make it healthy...
