  • Old fashioned rolled oats
  • Almond milk
  • Yogurt
  • Ground chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

    Step 2

    Add 1/2 cup milk, let sit a minute so the oats get soft

    Step 3

    Add 1/2 cup French vanilla yogurt

    Step 4

    2 T ground chia seeds

    Step 5

    1/2 cup blueberries and mix

    Step 6

    Calorie total: 1/2 cup oats 150, 1/2 cup almond milk 30, 1/2 cup yogurt 85, 2T chia seeds 60, 1/2 cup blueberries 35. Total 360!
