How to Make Wheat Pizza Rolls

This recipe is very kid friendly, you can make it a day ahead or as an option for a quick and fun dinner. Yields 12-14 rolls.

Supplies

  • 1 Tub Wheat Pizza Crust
  • 3 Pinches Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ Cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese or any other melting cheese
  • ¾ Cups Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1 Cup Store Bought Pizza Sauce
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Roll the dough on top parchment paper, make sure it is as thin as you can. Sprinkle the seasoning & parmesan.

    Step 2

    Sprinkle Mozzarella & Pepperoni evenly...

    Step 3

    Start making a roll as tight as possible as you can...

    Step 4

    Once the roll is ready, cut 1" slices and transfer to a cookie sheet, ( with foil paper) . Arrange the slices at least 1 inch apart.

    Step 5

    This is how they should look like.. Once in the cookie sheet..

    Step 6

    Bake at 425F for 10 min. Once done, transfer them to a wire rack to let them cool.

    Step 7

    You can serve them warm, with a side of pizza sauce. Or pack them for next day school lunch.
