How to Make Wheat Dosa (Thin Wheat Pancake)

  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • ½ Cups Rice Flour
  • ½ Cups Buttermilk
  • ½ Tablespoons Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin powder
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take a bowl. Add one cup of wheat flour

    Step 2

    Add half cup of rice flour

    Step 3

    Add half tbsp of red chilli powder

    Step 4

    Add one tbsp of salt

    Step 5

    Add one tbsp of cumin powder

    Step 6

    Add half cup butter milk

    Step 7

    Step 8

    Add 2 cups water

    Step 9

    Mix well until it becomes smooth without any lumps

    Let this batter sit for 30 mins

    Step 12

    Pre Heat griddle to 400 degrees. Once it is hot spray cooking oil lightly

    Pour batter onto the griddle using a ladle. Immediately use the back of ladle and spread the batter in circular motion from the center towards the end making the batter spread thinner.

    Wait for a min and flip the dosa.

    Let it cook for another min. Remove it from the griddle once it is golden brown on both sides
