Pour 1/4 cup of Vegetable Glycerin into the glass bottle. It's important to use a dark bottle because Vitamin C deteriorates when exposed to sunlight.
Add 1/2 a teaspoon of the Vitamin C powder into the glass bottle. Shake vigorously.
Add 3 small drops of Vitamin E oil. Shake. Note: you can test the ph of this serum using a ph strip. It's best to have the ph remain between 2.8 and 3.4.
To make this serum daytime friendly, I mix half/half with my moisturizer. Note: this is a small batch of serum as Vitamin C deteriorates fast, so I recommend making a fresh batch every week.
