How to Make Vegan Taco Shells

Delicious vegan&guilt-free tacos

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Chia seeds (ground to flour)
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 360 Grams Corn
  • ½ Yellow onion
  • 1 Pinch Chili flakes (red)
  • ½ Tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Low fat soy flour
  • ½ Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients: soy flour, ground chia seeds, onion, green bell pepper, chili flakes (red), garlic powder, corn, salt, olive oil.

    Step 2

    Tools: blender, measuring jug, tablespoon, spatula, baking tray, ovenproof baking paper

    Step 3

    Tools cont: chopping board, knife

    Step 4

    Chop bell pepper and onion

    Step 5

    Add to blender together with corn

    Step 6

    Blend until smooth

    Step 7

    Add the rest of the ingredients : chili flakes, garlic powder, low fat soy flour, chia seeds, olive oil, water, salt

    Step 8

    Spread out in circles on the baking tray. (Solid circles. Thin, but not too thin so you're able to flip them later)

    Step 9

    Heat for 30 mins/until golden on 200 degrees celcius.

    Step 10

    Carefully put on the rack in your oven. Heat for another 5-10 mins

    Step 11

    Done when they look like this.

    Step 12

    Add your favorite filling. (I filled mine with vegan cheese, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, plant based/vegan créme frâiche and watercress salad). Enjoy 😋
