How to Make Vegan Fennel and Apple Salad

Delicious vegan salad - perfect on it’s own or as a side

Supplies

  • ¼ Fennel
  • 1 Red apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan Parmesan
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ Cups Salad
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt with herbs
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients: fennel, olive oil, lemon, vegan parmesan, sea salt with herbs, red apple

    Step 2

    Ingredients cont. : mixed green salad

    Step 3

    Tools: chopping board, tablespoon, knife, grater, bowl

    Step 4

    Shave/ or thinly slice the apple and the fennel. Mix together in a bowl.

    Step 5

    Add to a serving bowl with salad. Mix together the Ingredients for the dressing (lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt). Mix the dressing into the salad and add shaved vegan parmesan on top. Enjoy😋
