  • 210 Grams Flour
  • 200 Grams Oil
  • 200 Grams Sugar
  • 3 Mashed bananas
  • 70 Grams Cocoa powder
  • ½ Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 400 Milliliters Coconut milk
  • 100 Grams Chocolate chips
  • 10 Grams Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • For the topping-
  • 150 Milliliters Coconut cream
  • 150 Grams Dark chocolate
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 170C'

    Step 2

    Pour in to a bowl oil and coconut milk

    Step 3

    Add sugar , bananas and vanilla

    Step 4

    Whisk till combined

    Step 5

    Add the flour , cocao powder and baking powder

    Step 6

    Blend it well

    Step 7

    Good!

    Step 8

    Pour into a baking tray and sprinkle the chocolate chips just like that

    After 40 min 😍 now for the topping

    Step 10

    Melt on a low heat the chocolate and coconut cream

    Step 11

    Pour it on the cake and spread it all over , let it cool and serve
