How to Make Vegan Butternut Squash Pie

This is a great alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie that taste delicious!


  • 1 Butternut squash (cut)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted vegan butter
  • 7 Ounces Firm tofu (1/2 a 14 oz pack)
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt
  • 4 Ounces Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 Ounce Graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F.

    Step 2

    Add your butternut squash pieces to the parchment paper pan and drizzle melted butter and cinnamon sugar.

    Step 3

    Place in oven for 45 mins.

    Step 4

    After 45 mins take out of oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes.

    Step 5

    Add butternut squash into food processor and blend.

    Step 6

    Here is 2 cups worth.

    Add other ingredients to food processor

    Pumpkin pie spice

    Vegan cream cheese

    Combine all ingredients

    Keep mixing lol

    Add mixture to graham cracker pie crust.

    Place in oven for 50 mins.

    Let cool! Enjoy! (If you like it warm go ahead but I put it in the fridge overnight and it was delicious!)
