How to Make Vanilla Cupcakes With Nutella Frosting!!

These cup cakes are fluffy, moist, delicious, and polished off with some of the best Nutella cream cheese frosting you've ever had! These are going to knock your socks off!

Supplies

  • 4 Cups Four
  • 2 ¾ Teaspoons Salt
  • ¾ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ Cups Butter room temp
  • 6 Eggs room temp
  • 3 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ Cups Buttermilk
  • For the Nutella Frosting:
  • ½ Cups Butter room temp
  • 8 Ounces Cream cheese room temp
  • ⅓ Cups Nutella
  • 3 ¼ Cups Powdered sugar (or more)
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda!

    Step 2

    Gather your butter and sugar. Pure goodness right there!

    Step 3

    Whip it up and grab your vanilla extract! I'm using homemade! It's delicious.

    Step 4

    Beat in eggs one at a time! The extra TLC will do these cupcakes wonders. Don't worry!

    Step 5

    Continue to scrape down bowl as you go(:

    Get out your buttermilk!

    Step 7

    Alternate flour and buttermilk, until all is mixed in. End with flour!

    Step 8

    Put the cupcake liners in your pan. Or spray it with PAM.

    Step 9

    Fill it 2/3 full with batter. I used my little ice cream scoop. :)

    Bake for about 15 minute! Watch it carefully!

    While those cupcakes cool, start on your frosting! Cream together butter and cream cheese, beat until smooth.

    Then dump in your Nutella! Lick the spoon of course. ;)

    Add your powdered sugar cup by cup, and vanilla extract. Whip it well! Then throw it in the fridge for about an hour, just so it hardens up a little bit!

    Frost.... And just die of goodness!!
