These rewards are VERY rich, please use wisely, as with training your dog, a little at a time works very well. Too much, and everyone gets irritated (in your dogs case, an upset tummy as well!)
Gather your ingredients, please ensure liver and eggs are as fresh as possible.
Give the liver a rinse and pat dry with paper towel, chop roughly into chunks and place in blender.
Give it a short blend to start breaking up the lumps.
Place the whole egg into the blender with the semi-processed liver.
Blend until smooth and creamy in appearance.
Transfer 'mousse' like liver and egg mix into your kitchen mixer.
Add flour all at once and mix until stiff and clumping together.
Scrape out onto a floured surface and knead all the scraps together.
Knead until firm and 'silken' in texture.
Divide into quarters - you may like to freeze some of the mix at this point, it should keep for up to a month.
Choose your desired cutter shape. I chose the ellipse/boat shaped one, it's about the size of a pumpkin seed.
Roll out dough to about .5mm/1/4" thick.
Work your way around the dough cutting out your rewards, gather the scraps to reform and repeat until all the dough is used up.

Scatter the 'seeds' loosely on your trays, they don't need to be lined up, but try to keep them in a single layer to dry out evenly. Bake at 140C/285F for approx 70mins.
Right about now your fingers are probably hurting if you're cutting by hand, so go enjoy that hot drink whilst the first batch are in the oven!
