How to Make Tomato Soup.. Amazing & Simple

Simple, easy and delicious. It is creamy without adding cream, milk, or potatoes. Gluten free and lactose free. The peeled and just heated cherry tomatoes add a third dimension


  • 1 Kilogram Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Red onion
  • 4 Tablespoons Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 32 Cherry tomatoes peeled
  • ½ Cups Parsley chopped or basil chopped
  • Instructions

    Add oil

    Step 3

    Then onions

    Step 4

    + garlic and diced red bell pepper

    Step 5

    Add the chili and the tomatoes. Cook for 30 mind

    Step 6

    Blend until creamy. You can always blend it in the vitamin for a super creamy taste.

    Step 7

    Pls do not serve in a small base soup dish because the cherry tomatoes will sink

    Step 8

    Serve in a heated wide based soup dish or (pasta dish). Add the warm and peeled cherry tomatoes

    Garnish with parsley . Serve
