Cook stir fry in wok. In high heat setting add sesame oil to wok
Add garlic to oil, cook on high heat for 1 minute
Stir on high heat for 3 minutes
Add bell peppers cook on high heat for 3 minutes
Add red chili paste
Add stir fry sauce
Add soy sauce and rice vinegar stir and cook for 1 minute. Add white pepper. Adjust the quantity of white pepper to suit your spice tolerance level.
Stir and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Stir well.
Tofu stir fry ready
Serve with rice
