How to Make Tiger Sauce

This sauce can be used on almost anything, but I like it best on meat sandwiches and especially fish.

Supplies

  • Mayonaise
  • Horseradish
  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    One cup mayo.

    Step 2

    1/2 cup horseradish. Add more if you want an extra kick.

    Step 3

    1/4 tablespoon garlic. Add more for extra kick or to taste.

    Step 4

    Squeeze half a lemon.

    Step 5

    Add sea salt to taste.

    Step 6

    Add pepper to taste. Don't overdo it.

    Step 7

    Mix ingredients together.

    Step 8

    End result. Will last a few days refrigerated.
