How to Make the Perfect Pesto Chicken Baguette

Supplies

  • 3 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 Bunch Of Arugula
  • 3 Campari tomatoes
  • ¼ Cups Olives
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons Pesto
  • 8 Slices of Monterey jack cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Also preheat oven to broil.

    Step 2

    Sauté garlic

    Step 3

    Cut chicken into small pieces.

    Step 4

    Add chicken to pan and cook through. When finished, mix in pesto.

    Step 5

    Wash and dry arugula

    Step 6

    Wash and slice tomatoes

    Step 7

    Cut your baguette into 3 sandwiches.

    Step 8

    Spread pesto on baguette

    Step 9

    Add cheese to bread

    Step 10

    Melt cheese and toast bread in oven until desired done-ness.

    Step 11

    After cheese melts, remove from oven.

    Step 12

    Add mayo

    Step 13

    Add olives.

    Step 14

    Add arugula.

    Step 15

    Add tomatoes.

    Add chicken.
