How to Make the Healthiest Date Bars in the World

These are delicious and super nutritious!

Supplies

  • 20 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • ¾ Cups Almonds
  • ¾ Cups Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Natural Peanut butter
  • ½ Cups Tahini
  • ½ Cups Sunflower seeds
  • ½ Cups Pumpkin seeds
  • ½ Cups Pecans
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Turmeric
  • Food processor
  • Rolling pin
  • Knife
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add nuts to food processor.

    Step 2

    Don't they look pretty

    Step 3

    Process until all nuts are chopped well.

    Step 4

    Process medjool dates and tahini with peanut butter.

    Step 5

    Will form a ball. Add chopped nuts, cinnamon and turmeric to the mix.

    Step 6

    Roll out to your desired thickness and slice. Those bars were 4-ish inches long and an inch wide, maybe half an inch thick.

    Et voila!
