Cut your potatoes into small cubes.
Add your butter

Add them by eye
I use a little olive oil for flavor, I can't replace it with the butter beach use it burns faster and you might get a fire in the oven.
Take your pan which was in the oven. ( the oven was on 350 degrees)
And oil to pan and add some seasoning
Every 10 or 15 min. move the potatoes so they don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
After there golden brown take them out of the oven, let them cool down, and tada!!! The best roasted potatoes ever!!! ( I like to set them with sour cream)
