Supplies

  • 250 Grams Flour
  • 50 Grams Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Instant yeast or 1 for slow proofing
  • Salt a pinch
  • 100 Grams Butter melted
  • 25 Grams Milk (almost 2 tbsp)
  • 2 Grams Eggs large
  • For topping
  • 1 Gram Egg yolk
  • 30 Grams Heavy cream 2-3 tbps
  • 6 Butter cubes
  • Brown sugar
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Main ingredients for the dough

    Step 2

    Mix flour sugar and instant yeast+a pinch of salt. If you have a free standing mixer otherwise mix with a spoon or a whisk or a hand mixer

    Step 3

    Put the dough in a buttered tart mould. (Removable base is recommended)

    Step 4

    Level it. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours

    Step 5

    After 2 hrs. Add the egg yolk to the 2 tabs of cream
