How to Make Taco Salad and Yogurt Dressing

A healthy and practical way to have your salad

Supplies

  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Red bell pepper
  • Fresh cheese
  • Tuna can
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 Natural yogurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper if desired

    Step 1

    Hope you like my version of the Taco Salad and give it a try :)

    These are the ingredients I used.

    Turn on the oven to 370 F. Grab two tortillas and place them on a heat proof bowl.

    Step 4

    Put it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden.

    Step 5

    Carefully turn around the tortilla bowl and put it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until golden.

    Step 6

    Your tortilla bowl should look like this. Try to flatten the base before putting it in the oven, so it can stand on the plate.

    While making the tortilla bowls, prepare the yogurt dressing and salad. Grab the ingredients of the yogurt dressing and select the thyme leaves, squeeze the lemon and grate the garlic.

    Place it all on a small bowl.

    And with a hand whisker, whisk until you get rid of all of the lumps, and add water until you get the desired consistency.

    Since I don't have a funnel, i transfered the dressing to a gravy dish.

    Step 11

    And then transfered it to a dressing bottle.

    Now it's time to prepare your salad. Chop your ingredients and place them on a bowl.

    Add some yogurt dressing (you can keep the rest on your fridge and use it some other time).

    And mix well.

    Step 15

    Finally, place your salad on the tortilla bowl and that's it. Enjoy!
