Chop onion, jalapeño, and 1 clove of garlic. Jalapeño is optional if you don't want it too spicy.
Add 2 tblsp of oil and cook for 5 min.
Add ground turkey meat (beef works great too)
Add taco seasoning
Cook until meat is cooked thoroughly, then strain to remove any liquid.
Return meat to pan and mix in the jar of salsa. Then pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust & cheese is lightly brown.
Let it cool for about 15 min then slice and serve with a dollop of sour cream!
