Wash one sweet potato (size dependent on how many people/whether it's a snack or meal).
Cut the end of the potato off.
Peel the potato.
Slice into long thin strips.
Place into a baking tray and sprinkle with oil before lining them up. If you want to add any herbs (rosemary is especially complimenting) do so now.
Cook for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees, turning half way through.
Once they are cooked, season and enjoy.
