Place 8 ounce of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl. Add 3 tbs white sugar, 4g yeast, 1 ts salt, 2 tbs vegetable oil, and stir it well.
Add 3 cups of all purpose flour and mix it with a rice scoop, or by hand. And let the dough rise for about an hour.
Heat up your non-stick pan over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Place 1 ball on the pan and let it cook for 30 seconds until the bottom of the dough ball is light golden brown.
