How to Make Sugar Free, Gluten Free Granola

Store bought granola is not only expensive, but can have hidden gluten, fat and sugar. Make it at home for a fraction of the price, knowing you control what's going in your tummy.

Supplies

  • 5 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup dried (unsweetened) cherries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 2 Tablesoons stevia
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix all dry ingredients

    Step 2

    In a separate bowl, mix water, melted coconut oil and vanilla

    Step 3

    Combine wet and dry ingredients

    Step 4

    Spread onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

    Step 5

    Cool and store in airtight container.
